What you'll do

• Assist customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Help customers and service technicians in locating and purchasing the correct automotive parts.
• Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
• Review body shop estimates to ensure parts ordered are correct and pricing aligns with the estimate.
• Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submit emergency orders as needed.
• Track all incoming and outgoing parts for the dealership.
• Handle parts payment collection and ensure all parts are billed correctly through the service department.
• Refer to parts catalogs to identify the right parts for vehicles being serviced.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked parts inventory.

What we're looking for

• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with inventory and point-of-sale software, like CDK.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift/move heavy parts when necessary.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment.
