Join us to make your contribution. **Your Team & Role** AGCO Hungary's local HR Team is looking for an HR trainee who would like to be a part of our quickly developing organization. The new colleague will support the local HR Operations Team by providing efficient, professional and quality HR assistance. **Your Impact** + Provide administrative support to HRBP and team members in creating documents (PowerPoint, Word documents, etc.) + Prepare and compile reports + Support audit procedures + File, scan, and maintain personnel folders (both digital and physical files). **Your Experience and Qualifications** + Speak both English and Hungarian fluently + Ongoing university studies for at least 1 year until graduation + Can work at least 20 hours weekly for 6 months + Have strong attention to details + Have strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work efficiently with employees + Proficiency in MS Office + Can maintain confidentiality **Your Benefits** + Continuous development and training opportunities (monthly training sessions, e-learning courses, online language learning tool). + Internships with practical knowledge acquired alongside university studies. + Support from experienced colleagues for professional development. + 2005 HUF hourly **Your Workplace** AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions.
