Job Description

Description Responds to requests for assistance by providing first line response to enable callers to solve their problems. Answer help desk line and direct help desk tickets to the Techs to complete the open trouble ticket. Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions. Additional Skills & Qualifications Minimum Education: HS Diploma or equivalent Minimum Experience: 0-6 months Preferred Experience: 6-12 months Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
