Job Description

Detay Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in commercial buildings, including electrical panels, wiring, and troubleshooting various electrical components.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems, including electric motors, controls, and scales.

• Test and monitor electrical systems, equipment, and components using specialized test equipment and hand tools to diagnose and resolve issues.

• Install and maintain electrical panels, wiring, and conduit systems in compliance with regulations.

• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure the continued efficiency and safety of electrical systems.

• Strictly adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing electrical work.

• Ensure work areas are clean and organized upon job completion.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to kneel, climb ladders, bend, and work in confined spaces as needed.

• Capable of prolonged standing, walking, and moving around work areas.

• Comfortable working with hand and power tools for extended periods.

Requirements:

• Valid   Electrical Technician License

• Proven experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems.

• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve electrical issues accurately.

• Proficiency in using test equipment and hand tools.

• Knowledge of electrical codes, safety protocols, and industry regulations.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Possession of a truck and personal tools is a plus.
