**Job Title: Skilled Construction Worker/Laborer** This is a long term work to hire position paying $23-24/hr Must be able to work OT Required general construction carpentry experience **Description** Company that manufactures and refurbishes mobile office trailers, portable classrooms, modular complexes and panelized modular units is looking for Construction level trades personnel. **Skills** General Construction, Handyman, Electrical, Electrician, Plumbing, HVAC, Flooring, Framing, Carpentry **Additional Skills & Qualifications** They are looking for candidates with experience in one or more of the following trades: - General Construction - General Handyman - Electrical - Plumbing - HVAC - Flooring - Framing - Carpentry **Must be able to:** - Able to use construction related hand and power tools - Able to lift 50-75 pounds - Able to work outdoors - Must be mechanically inclined - Must be able to provide steel toed boots **Experience Level** Intermediate- 2-5 years of experience required in General carpentry- Siding, drywall, trim work, framing, roofing, finish work. ect.... Key Words: carpentry- Siding, drywall, trim work, framing, roofing, finish work, construction, installer, modular, field construction **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
